Priced alright, but functionality is only marginal. I gave it 3 stars because I got it for $5 back in the day, and it's worth about that, since taking one to the jugular still hurts like a mother with this thing on.

After purchasing other paintball protective gear like pants and vests, I expected there to be a little more to the neck protector. It basically feels like a single layer of neoprene with the edges hemmed. Much more thin than I expected. We'll see how well it works after playing today.

I would say this does work, but its thin.. every since I bought it I havent been shot in the neck but it is kinda thin. real comfortable

Well, this is a good neck protector.
You will probably get hit on your neck very few times, but if you do, this protector does its job well.
